i remember, it was the boring market with depressing volumes and depressed sahre prices that whenever i saw my poirtfolio gave me a bad mood.

out fo sheer bore doom i start puting lots of very very small amounts 100 ehre 50 there and it satrted working...on very samll marigns...but was a good start.

and i never looked back after that.

same here .. when i am on screen and siting and no cash in hand and all invested so seeing screen and updating board .. kuch karnay ko nahi tu kiya karoun so started gola ghumana and MasshAllah in few months i saw improvements .. that wow my averages are coming down and share which i am stuck is getting better in averaging rather waiting for whole year to see the result ... and bass esay huamra gola ghumana start hua and i got my self good in it .. so now i recommend others to do so as well bass acha hay kuch na karnay say .. banda char passy bana lata hay

1. Please do not take my post as interference in your privacy.

2. What gimmick you are describing has no academic basis.

3. The share prices move as random as possible and are akin to snow in Minnesota.

4. There are people who relate stock market to Lunar cycles and there are others who ask fortune from parrots.

5. Please instead of trying such random short cuts try to learn how to predict the stock market scientifically.

although it was azam bhai who introduced and explained the idea of buying n selling smaller chuncks to reduce avg costs on teh fourm and step by step explained for us members help in getting our losses cut, i was not attracted to it at first sight, as it was a painfully slow and less financially rewarding way, if per transaction cost is worked out, but, ( although qatra qatra darya in long run )

albata aap say baat ker ekr ke ahista ahista smaller chunks movement per dil amadaa hu hi giya....and am quite content with it
