All other mutual funds are being traded at wide range of discounts (10-25)% from their Net Asset Value (NAV). Could anyone suggest why PEF is being traded at premium ???

Face value
pef= 10
I remember on itz iop date is was trading @ 10.50
thatz why it was undersubcribed. (I think)
But lets SEE what it will reveal
