thanks Mateen bhai..i had gone through the sitara group website myself. there is no mentioning of Sitara Peroxide, or any of its financial reports. I've sent an email into the Sitara Group, requesting financial reports, lets see if they reply.
Also, there is a website for Sitara peroxide http://www.sitaraper....com/about.html
but it too is useless...they just talk about the product they make, (as if it were not self explanatory in the name of the company--peroxide)
if i get any reports i'll post them for the rest.
any other info would be of help

Rs10/share. (SP), a project of Sitara Group, will manufacture of Hydrogen Peroxide chemical (H2O2), an
ingredient mainly used in textile & paper & packaging material manufacturing. As per the prospectus,
currently all the H2O2 demand in Pakistan is met through imports, hence SP rightly identified the
opportunity and pioneered H2O2 production in Pakistan. In local markets imported H2O2 is available at 30%
premium to SPís would be selling price of Rs25k/ton. The project cost is Rs1.3bn which would be financed
through 42.5% equity (of which 45% is being offered to the general public) and 57.5% long term debt-JS
