I would like to know how the price of
1. an IPO determined while there are no physical shares are available in the market to trade on?
2. If this price is determined by stock brokers? Can any investor (non-broker) can trade in IPO?
3. Or this price is determined by company's reputation or any other factor?
3. If an investor can trade then how can he be able to invest in it?
If there is any help, article or book available please let me know. Thanks and regards.
