professionals measure the strength of stock market of any country one can measure it with three most important indicators.
    1. GDP
    2. Interest Rates
    3. Inflanation

These indicators are backbone of economey of any country. If these indicators have worst value, its means economey is bad.

Interest rate have its worst effect on profits of banks.
It also decreases the book value of shares.
In short whenever interest rate increases or decreases stock market accordingly adjust itself in either direction.

On Stock Market, the impact will b neutral to positive..
Though those companies which have financing through banks will get some smash in their profits as cost of capital n cost of doing business will increase..

No increase in SLR & CRR is positive for the banks.. n also no restriction on the minimum %age of profits on PLS A/C..
So overall its neutral for the economy n according to the expectation of the analysts..

100bps will somehow helps us in controlling the capital outflow from the country ..
